Is house AV included?

Yes — projection, screens, audio, lighting, and wifi are included with every corporate booking. Outside production teams can patch in if you have a preferred vendor.

Do you handle registration / name badges?

Yes, we run the reg desk, badges, and check-in. We can also rent iPads if your event uses a check-in app.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Always. Baro's kitchen builds vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher-style, halal, and allergen-aware menus on every booking.

How fast can you turn around a quote?

24 hours for standard requests. Same-day for events inside 30 days.

Is there parking for guests?

King West paid lots within 200m. We have a preferred-rate arrangement with the lot at 477 King W. We share the link in your run-of-show.

    Three suggest chips or a free-text prompt — anything from “late-summer rooftop, golden hour, peonies and brass” to “industrial-chic gala under brass.” The clearer the brief, the sharper the board.

    The engine pulls from a curated library of Loft-tone visuals + real past events, then either an LLM (when configured) or a deterministic scoring fallback ranks the top nine by vibe-fit. Same room, same brass, same warmth — every time.

    Save, share, hand to a vendor

    Drop your email and we send back a 3×3 board you can forward to a florist, a planner, or your partner. Boards stay editable on later visits — refresh the prompt and the engine reranks.
