Events · Twelve hundred celebrated

Wedding

Twelve hundred weddings have been built around this room. Heritage brick, candlelit dinners by Baro, a bridal suite tucked off the main floor, and an events lead who has run almost every kind of ceremony you can throw at a 180-year-old building. From elopement plus-fifty to full-buyout 200-guest cocktail evenings — the Loft scales without losing the room.

Frequently asked

The questions we’re always asked.

Don’t see yours? Ask the events team.

What's the rental fee for a wedding?

Loft-only rentals start at $14,000 for the full evening. Full-building buyouts start at $32,000. Final pricing depends on date, season, and headcount.

Do you have a bridal suite?

Yes — a private bridal suite is tucked off the main floor with mirrors, soft seating, and prosecco service. It's included with every Loft buyout.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. Elevator access to all event floors, accessible washrooms on every floor, and an events team that will rebuild the floor plan around any guest's needs.

Can we have an outdoor ceremony?

Sundown ceremonies on the Rooftop Patio are bookable May through October. Indoor ceremony backup is built into every contract.

What's the latest the bar can stay open?

Loft bar runs until 1 AM. Pablo's downstairs goes until 2 AM — we move the late-night part of the night down there.

Do you allow outside catering?

No — Baro is the in-house kitchen and plates every event. Tasting menus are designed with you and the chef.

Can we bring our own DJ or band?

Yes. House sound system supports both. We patch directly into the DSP and your team can be set up inside an hour.

How it works

AI mood boards built from the venue’s real visual library.

  • 01

    Describe the vibe

Three suggest chips or a free-text prompt — anything from “late-summer rooftop, golden hour, peonies and brass” to “industrial-chic gala under brass.” The clearer the brief, the sharper the board.

  • 02

    We score nine visuals

The engine pulls from a curated library of Loft-tone visuals + real past events, then either an LLM (when configured) or a deterministic scoring fallback ranks the top nine by vibe-fit. Same room, same brass, same warmth — every time.

  • 03

Save, share, hand to a vendor

Drop your email and we send back a 3×3 board you can forward to a florist, a planner, or your partner. Boards stay editable on later visits — refresh the prompt and the engine reranks.

For the events team: the visual library is editorialised, not scraped. Each image carries tags (palette, energy, season, density) so the engine never returns something off-brand. Internal note at docs/MOODBOARD-EXPLAINER.md explains how to add or steer tiles.
