Plain-English terms covering use of this website. Event-specific terms (deposits, cancellation, force majeure) live in the contract you sign with the events team — those are the operative rules for any event.
Use of this site
You may browse, share, and reference content here freely. Don't scrape, mirror, or rebrand the photography or copy without written permission — most of it is licensed from working photographers and chefs.
Pricing & availability
Quoted ranges (capacity, pricing) are accurate at time of writing but not a binding offer. Final pricing comes in writing from the events team after we know your date, headcount, and food/beverage scope.
Liability
We don't warrant that the site is bug-free or that every video plays on every browser. We do warrant that the events team will reply to a real inquiry. For event-day liability and indemnity, see your signed contract.
Governing law
Ontario law, courts of the City of Toronto. We're a Toronto business and we'd rather not litigate anywhere else.
