What's included in the rental fee?

Every rental includes the room, our events lead, house AV (sound + projection), house lighting, tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and dishware. Add-ons (premium AV, florals, extended hours) are quoted line-item.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes — 25% to hold the date for weddings, 50% for corporate. Both apply to the final invoice. Cancellation terms are outlined in the contract you sign on the tour.

Can we tour before booking?

Always. Private tours run Tuesday–Saturday by appointment. Book at /contact — we hold your top date for 7 days after the tour.

What's the maximum capacity across the building?

300 standing across the full building (Loft + Rooftop + Pablo's + Baro). Single-room caps: Loft 200, Baro 150, Rooftop 120, Pablo's 80.

Do you allow outside catering?

No. Baro is the in-house kitchen and plates every event. Specialty kosher or halal certification can be brought in by special arrangement.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes — elevator access to all event floors, accessible washrooms on every floor. We rebuild the floor plan around any guest's needs.

What's your alcohol policy?

AGCO-licensed in-house bar. No outside alcohol on site. Specialty wine corkage by arrangement at $35/bottle.

Can vendors load in early?

Yes — most vendors load in 2 PM the day-of. Production-heavy events (launches, weddings with custom builds) load in the night before by arrangement.

Do you have insurance requirements for vendors?

$2M COI for standard vendors, $5M for productions with rigging or pyrotechnics. Templates available at the menu meeting.

What's the latest the bar can stay open?

Loft until 1 AM. Pablo's until 2 AM. Special-occasion extensions case-by-case via your contract.
