Privacy

We collect the minimum we need to host your event well and respond to your inquiry. We never sell your data, and we keep what we collect for as long as it's useful — then we delete it.

What we collect

Inquiry-form fields you provide (name, email, phone, event details), aggregated analytics (page views, CTA clicks — via GA4 + Microsoft Clarity, both DNT-aware), and lead-source attribution from UTM / gclid parameters when you arrive from an ad.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiry within one business day, to plan your event accurately, to improve the site and creative based on what's actually working, and to attribute leads back to the campaigns that paid for them.

Who sees it

Brandon and the events team. Resend (transactional email), and our CRM (HubSpot or equivalent) for inquiry routing. We don't share with advertisers or list brokers, ever.

How long we keep it

Active leads stay in the CRM until the event is delivered or the lead is closed. After 24 months of no activity, contact records are deleted. Analytics raw data is retained 14 months.

Your rights

Email events@theloftonking.com with subject “Privacy request” to access, correct, or delete your data. We respond within 30 days as required by Canadian PIPEDA + Ontario PHIPA.
