Confirmed (busy) — contracted events show as blocking. Tentative (soft-holds) show as held but releaseable; the description includes the release date.
Refreshes — your calendar app polls the feed on its own schedule (Apple Calendar every 15 min by default; Google every few hours). Our edge cache is 5 min, so changes Mackenzie makes in the studio land within minutes of your next refresh.
Privacy — events show only "Booked" or "Hold" plus the room scope. We never publish client names, even for internal labels.
About the room
Original 1844 brick, ten-foot ceilings, an industrial chandelier grid, and a bridal suite tucked off the floor. The Loft is the room twelve hundred events have been built around — and the one most clients picture first when they say they want their day to feel like Toronto.
